1. Payment Method (UPI Only)

You pay through UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.). First, confirm our official UPI ID with our team; then send the fee and share the reference/UTR for tracking.

2. When We Issue a Refund

• We cannot start or complete the requested service due to our limitation.
• You paid via UPI; however, we did not begin the work after confirmation.
• A duplicate/accidental UPI transfer reached us for the same order.

In short, if we fail to deliver, we refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• We already submitted your application on an official portal (NSDL/UTIITSL, EPFO, State Police, etc.).
• You cancel after data entry, document scanning or form preparation is complete.
• Incorrect or incomplete documents provided by you cause rejection or delay.
• Government websites experience outages or slow processing beyond our control.

4. Cancellations (Before Submission)

You may cancel before we submit the application. In that case, we deduct a small service fee for time spent and refund the balance to the same UPI ID.

5. Refund Time & Method

• We process approved refunds within 3–5 working days.
• We send the money back to the same UPI ID that paid us.
• Sometimes, your bank may take extra time to reflect the credit; therefore, please allow a short buffer.

6. How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp our team.
2. Mention service name, UPI reference/UTR, amount and date.
3. Describe the issue briefly; additionally, attach screenshots if possible.

7. Verification

We verify our UPI ledger, chats and form status. Consequently, we prevent fraud and release genuine refunds faster.
